By placing an order with Mia’s Keepsakes & Memories, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Handmade & Bespoke Nature

All jewellery is handmade and created using natural and sentimental inclusions. Variations in colour, texture, pattern, and finish are normal and form part of the bespoke process.

These variations are not considered faults.

Orders, Personalisation & Cancellations

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You understand the item is custom-made

  • You agree to the use of your provided inclusions

  • All personalisation details supplied are correct

Orders may be cancelled only if production has not yet begun.

Once production has started, orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.

We cannot be held responsible for errors in personalisation details supplied by the customer.

Production & Turnaround Time

All jewellery is custom-made to order and requires multiple stages of production.

Component Supply Time

Most jewellery components are typically received within 24 hours.
However, depending on supplier availability and workload, components may take up to 6 weeks to reach us.

Making Time

Once all components and inclusions have been received, your keepsake jewellery requires an additional 3–5 working days to be handmade, cured, and finished.

Important Notes

  • All turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees

  • Delays may occur due to supplier availability, curing times, or circumstances beyond our control

  • Delays within these stated timeframes do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund

Customers will be notified once their order has been completed and dispatched.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Full payment is required before production begins.

Shipping

Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We cannot replace items lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Jewellery Care & Liability

Keepsake jewellery should be handled with care and kept away from water, chemicals, and extreme temperatures.

Mia’s Keepsakes & Memories is not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care

  • Loss or damage after delivery
