Our story

Hi, I’m Chloe, the jewellery artist behind MKM. Although I sometimes say “we”, it’s really just me carefully crafting each and every piece by hand here in beautiful Devon. My husband is also an artist — but his work is a whole different kind of canvas!

My journey began after experiencing a deeply personal loss, but it was truly after the birth of my daughter that this business came to life. Her arrival changed everything for me, and even the name of my business was inspired by her. During our breastfeeding journey, I wanted something special to remember those fleeting, precious moments — a keepsake I could treasure forever. That desire sparked an idea… and from there, MKM was born.

Today, I handcraft meaningful and affordable keepsakes using your loved one’s ashes, breastmilk, hair, or even sand from a place close to your heart. Every single piece is created with care, compassion, and the utmost respect, so you can carry your memories wherever ❣️
