1. Orders All jewellery is custom-made and materials are ordered after payment. Ring sizing is the customer’s responsibility — sizes cannot be changed after ordering. As each piece is handmade, tiny bubbles or slight imperfections may occur, adding to their uniqueness. We’ll send you updates and photos before dispatch.
2. Availability & Timescales Most materials arrive within 48 hours from UK suppliers. Overseas items may take up to 6 weeks. Standard orders: 5–7 working days after receiving your inclusions. Custom silver or gold pieces: 6–8 weeks.
3. Cancellations & Changes Colours must be confirmed at the time of ordering — no changes once production begins. Cancellations are only accepted before your inclusion arrives. If it has already been sent, return postage is your responsibility.
4. Inclusions MKM is not responsible for inclusions lost in transit — please use a tracked service. Your inclusions are stored securely and treated with the utmost care. Unused ashes or hair are returned; unused breastmilk is stored for up to one year.
5. Delivery Orders are sent via Royal Mail to the address provided. Please ensure details are correct. If your order is a gift, we can send it directly to the recipient upon request. Most parcels arrive within 1–2 working days, but please allow up to 30 days in rare cases.
6. Returns & Refunds Due to their personalised nature, items are non-refundable unless faulty. Small bubbles or natural resin variations are not classed as faults. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.
7. Product Guarantee All jewellery comes with a 1-year guarantee against stone discolouration. Free recoating is provided; return postage is your responsibility. The guarantee does not cover chain damage, stone settings, or improper care.
8. Photography & Portfolio We may share photos of completed jewellery to showcase our work. Your name will not be shared unless you choose to
